How do I return an item?

Items purchased from the online store (www.strikerdealers.com) may be returned ONLY as authorized by Striker Brands LLC in accordance
with the Retailer Agreement. Generally, no returns are allowed unless product is defective or there was a mistake in shipping the order. In no
case are drop ship orders returnable by the end customer for any reason. For retail orders, refer to www.strikerstore.com. For more
information, contact your sales representative or our Customer Service Department. Please read our written warranty policy for warranty claims, covered repairs and claim procedures.
